Who we are
Dotflip (vi2lab.com) is run by Vladislav Chernenko, an individual. Contact: support@vi2lab.com.
What we collect and why
| Data | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Email (and name, if you sign in with Google) | Your account, sign-in codes, receipts, support | Until you delete your account |
| Purchases and credit history (renders, and device type if a render fails) | Credits, refunds, accounting, fixing render problems | Purchases: as accounting requires. The rest: made anonymous when you delete your account |
| Session cookie | Keeping you signed in | 60 days or until you sign out |
| Anonymous codes made from your IP address (the IP itself is never stored) | Spam protection and visit statistics | 2 days for spam protection, statistics up to 2 years |
| Visit statistics: which site you came from, country, phone or desktop | Understanding how people find the site | Up to 2 years |
No ads, no tracking cookies, we never store your IP address, and we don't sell your data. The only cookie keeps you signed in, so there is no cookie banner.
Services we use
- Cloudflare: hosting, database, bot protection (Turnstile) and cookie-less traffic statistics. As our host, Cloudflare sees your IP address when you open the site.
- Google: only if you choose "Sign in with Google".
- Lemon Squeezy: our reseller and merchant of record: checkout, receipts, taxes and refunds. Card and other payment details are entered on Lemon Squeezy's side; we never see them. Lemon Squeezy processes your purchase data under its own privacy policy.
- Resend: sending sign-in codes and receipts.
- Poly Haven: only if you open one of their free sample models, your browser downloads it straight from Poly Haven.
- Google Fonts: the fonts of the editor and of text layers are loaded from Google.
These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country.
Your rights
You can see your purchases in your account, and delete the account yourself (Account → Delete account): your email, name and sign-in are removed; purchase records stay without them where the law or the payment provider requires it. For a copy of your data or any other request, write to support@vi2lab.com. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The service is not meant for children under 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy credits.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, for big changes, tell signed-in users by email.
